No specialist equipment is required to attend. Most live sessions are designed so you can follow along with tools you already own — a basic nail kit, a few gel polishes, and a UV lamp cover the majority of techniques taught. More advanced sessions list specific requirements in the session description ahead of time, so there are no surprises when you log in.

Sessions vary by topic and instructor. Standard technique classes run between 60 and 90 minutes. Extended masterclasses focused on complex nail art styles — such as 3D sculpting or gel extension work — can run up to three hours with short breaks built in. Session duration is always listed on the registration page before you confirm your spot.

Yes. Every live session includes a moderated chat where participants submit questions throughout. Instructors address questions at designated points in the session, and some classes include a dedicated Q&A segment at the end. Questions submitted during the session that aren't covered live are compiled and answered in a follow-up document sent to all registered participants within a few days.
Unanswered questions from chat get a written follow-up — nothing is ignored.
Recordings are made available to registered participants within 48 hours of the live session ending. Access is typically available for 30 days, giving you time to revisit techniques at your own pace. This is particularly useful for hands-on steps you want to pause and repeat — something that's difficult to do during a live broadcast.

Sessions are available across three levels: foundational, intermediate, and advanced. Each listing clearly states the assumed experience level so you can choose sessions that match where you are now, not where you hope to be. Foundational sessions assume no prior nail art training. Intermediate sessions assume you can apply gel polish cleanly and understand basic nail anatomy. Advanced sessions assume working knowledge of extension techniques.

Session times are displayed in your local time zone once you log into your account. The platform detects your location automatically, though you can override this in your profile settings. Instructors are based across multiple regions, so the session schedule includes a spread of start times that makes at least some live sessions accessible regardless of where you are. If a session runs at an inconvenient hour, the recording is always available within 48 hours.
