Our mission

Nail art education that actually goes somewhere

Claimbonusnow was built around a straightforward observation: most nail art instruction online is either too shallow to be useful or too scattered to follow. Since 2015, we have been running live webinars that treat nail art as a craft worth taking seriously — not a trend to chase.

Our sessions connect participants directly with working nail artists who show their process in real time, answer questions mid-demonstration, and explain the reasoning behind technique choices. That kind of immediate, unscripted exchange is what separates a webinar from a pre-recorded video.

What shapes how we teach and who we work with

Four principles that show up in every session, not just in policy documents.

Specificity over breadth

A webinar on gel application technique covers that one thing thoroughly. We do not bundle unrelated topics into a single session to inflate perceived value. Participants leave knowing exactly what they came for.

Each session has a defined scope published before registration opens.

Practitioners as instructors

Every expert we bring in works with clients regularly. We do not recruit instructors based on follower counts or presentation polish. What matters is whether they can demonstrate a technique clearly and explain why it works.

Instructors are reviewed after each session based on participant feedback.

Live interaction is non-negotiable

Chat, Q&A, and live polling are built into every session structure. An instructor who does not engage with participant questions mid-session does not get invited back. The format only works if it stays genuinely two-directional.

Average response time to participant questions during live sessions: under 4 minutes.

Honest about what a webinar can do

Watching a nail art demonstration builds understanding of process, proportion, and decision-making. It does not replace hours of hands-on practice. We say this plainly so participants come in with realistic expectations and get more out of each session.

Post-session resource packs include practice guides, not just replays.

Accessible across skill levels

Sessions are tagged clearly by experience level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced — and the difficulty stays consistent throughout. Beginners are not dropped into complex theory without foundation, and experienced artists are not asked to sit through basics they already know.

Level tags are set by the instructor and verified by our editorial team before publishing.

Sessions evolve based on feedback

After each webinar, participants complete a short structured review. That data feeds directly into session planning — topics that generate consistent follow-up questions get their own dedicated session. Formats that do not land get revised or dropped.
